They claim that they are planning on getting there support ticket features up and
running soon, with no exact date. But as of right now they offer a FAQs, Wiki, Live
IM Support, and a unique feature that they call the fast ticket. This feature is
guaranteed to have someone call the user back within 10 to 15 minutes. However
there where some problems with it. One of the problems was we gave them the wrong
number and they never called. But another minor problem is that you have a limit of
120 characters that you can type. They do offer tips on how to make the best of it
though which is very good.

Even though this company is very small, their services are very affordable with
prices starting as low as $2.99 per month. And their security is much better than
other web hosting companies, such as, Go Daddy. Plus Big Ben\'s Web Hosting has many
interesting ideas that they have added that other companies don\'t offer.
